Accepting new clients for virtual and in-person therapy in North Carolina

As we navigate the complex ups and downs of life, it is vital to have a safe space in which we can share, heal, and grow. Therapy is a place where you can have genuine conversations about who you are and what brings meaning to your life, within the safety of a therapeutic relationship in which you feel supported, understood, and hopeful.

This is a unique relationship where you can explore and honor the rich complexity of what it means to be human — of what it means to be you.

Part of what it means to be human is to experience difficulties, doubts, and pain. We all wrestle with these experiences at one point in time (or many times throughout life). But without a space to give voice to them, the challenges we face can easily begin to weigh us down, hold us back, and dominate the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves. Perhaps you are struggling to create meaning or find purpose in your life. Maybe you are generally feeling “stuck,” paralyzed by uncertainty and unable to move forward or make decisions. Or maybe you often feel lonely or misunderstood, even by those closest to you. Whatever the case, know that you are not alone.

In therapy, we’ll work together to give voice to your story — and give you the space, time, and support you need to write your next chapter with intention.

No matter what is prompting you to seek out therapy at this time, our work together can help you learn to respond effectively to life’s challenges, understand yourself more fully, identify what really matters most to you, and begin to bridge the gap between where you are and where you would like to be.

Just by considering therapy, you are taking steps in a positive direction. The fact that you landed here on this page tells me that you’re at least a little curious about how life could look, feel, and be different for you.

Let’s harness that spark of curiosity and discover, together, where it can lead you.

Everyone deserves to be heard and seen.
